It is so unfortunate that most of our workdays heavily rely on sitting next to the desk.

What we can do is try our best to learn how to sit correctly. 

Today’s challenge is all about that. ╭ (oㅇ‿ o#)ᕗ

  1. Adjust your desk/chair/sitting position/computer monitor height/mouse/keyboard to the specialist’s guidance
  2. Set up a reminder to get up every 45 minutes

Extra motivation/learning opportunity:

Ask someone to take photos of how you sit during the day (especially if they spot you doing it wrongly). We never know how bad we sit until there is enough proof to back it up. The truth might shock you (+_+)
